Hi Everyone,
I love the idea to rate a whole year of reading. A perfect way to recap all that we have read, to wrap-up 2015 and to start fresh this new year 🙂
So this year, I’ve read 44 books, so that’s 13 122 pages (at first I planned 60, but with full 5 months without reading a single page, only writing my master thesis, so I had to reduce my challenge to 40). My average rating is 3.6, which is higher than my all-time average so we can say that 2015 was a good year 🙂

Favourite quote(s) of 2015:
“Why won’t you leave me alone?” I whispered one night as he hovered behind me while I tried to work at my desk.
Long minutes passed. I didn’t think he would answer. I even had time to hope he might have gone, until I felt his hand on my shoulder.
“Then I’d be alone, too,” he said, and he stayed the whole night through, till the lamps burned down to nothing.”― Leigh Bardugo, Siege and Storm
“Though he’d trusted her with his life countless times, it felt much more frightening to trust her with his shame”
― Leigh Bardugo, Six of Crows
I fell in love with:
The Darkling (Shadow and Bones), Nikolai Lantsov (Siege and Storm), Prince Cal Calore (Red Queen), Arin (The Winner’s Crime), Kaz Brekker (Six of Crows), Dorian Havilliard (Throne of Glass), Rowan Whitethorn (Heir of Fire), Archangel Rafael aka Raffe (Penryn and the End of Days), Captain Carswell Thorne (Winter – currently reading, will probably count on my 2016 books, but I want him here anyway), Nina Zenik (Six of Crows), Kestrel Trajan (The Winner’s Crime), Penryn Young (The End of Days)
Books I’m eager to read in 2016 (released or not):
I wish you all a pleasant holiday, a happy new year and all my best wishes for 2016.
