It’s literally since October 1st that I have been trying to find the perfect article to post on Halloween Eve. I already knew that I would probably post a TAG because that was what I wanted, but other than that I didn’t know much. There are hundreds if not thousands of Halloween themed tags out there and I really wanted to find the perfect one. And after weeks of digging around, I found the perfect one on Leigh’s blog, be sure to check it out.

1. WITCH — a magical character or book
So Beautiful
2. WEREWOLF — the perfect book to read at night
I would more see this one as a book to read on winter nights, but I’m sure it would work for fall as well.
3. FRANKENSTEIN — a book that truly shocked you
This series was so full of plot twists.
4. THE DEVIL — a dark, evil character

Darkling, my love.
5. GRIM REAPER — a character that never should have died

I won’t specifically say who because of spoilers, but if you’ve read this book, you know!
6. ZOMBIE — a book that made you “hungry” for more
Outside of the amazing story which I didn’t want to end, the food in this book made my mouth waters.
7. GARGOYLE — a character that you would protect at all cost

Celia deserves the world
8. VAMPIRE — a book that sucked the life out of you

This book was WAY too long and has literally no plot whatsoever. And yeah, it’s 500+ pages.
9. GHOST — a book that still haunts you
I’ve read this book back in 2017, and I’m still thinking about it regularly. I’ll definitely re-read it sometime soon!
10. DEMON — a book that really scared you
This book scared me for the fate of the Human Race.
11. SKELETON — a character you have a bone to pick with
Where was the Nikolai I loved?
12. MUMMY — a book you would preserve throughout time
My ARC signed copy of this book. Brigid wrote the kindest note and I’ll always cherish it.
13. CREEPY DOLL — a cover too scary to look at
Sorry for the bad quality, I couldn’t find it any other way, and tbh it’s making it even scarier.
That’s it for today guys! If you choose to do this TAG, let me know so that we can compare our answers!

Have you read those books? Do you agree with the choices I made?

I absolutely agree for the night circus XD
however, I didn’t even finished it.. I got WAY too lost in the middle and just.. noped.
All the impossible things’ cover is GORGEOUS!! adding that one onto my virtual wanna read.

I try to avoid DNF books when I can, but I agree it’s one of those I wish I hadn’t wasted my time on😭😭
Yeah all the impossible thing was such a great middle grade book, I hope you’ll like it!

Well, my mental capacity at the time was just so bad that I was reading but hadn’t had a clue what the fuck I was reading… nor was I remembering it 😂 so at that point …

Thanks for linking me! You have some great choices here! I still need to read The Bear and the Nightengale and The Night Circus…they’ve been on my TBR forever.
